Order Processing

  • All prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after the order is successfully placed.
  • Orders are processed on all working days except Sundays and public holidays.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require confirmation via a phone call from our customer support team.
  • Your order will be processed and shipped only after successful confirmation.
  • If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be cancelled.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Any promotional offers for free shipping will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking details through your registered mobile number or email address. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment's status.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

Incorrect Address

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing an order. Bhakti Boutique is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, natural calamities, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
