At Bhakti Boutique, every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.

We request customers to carefully review their order before placing it.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we will gladly assist you with an exchange, subject to the following conditions:

You must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the order.
An uninterrupted package opening video is mandatory as proof of the damage.
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened for the first time and the damaged product inside.
Requests submitted without a package opening video will not be accepted, as every parcel is thoroughly checked and packed before dispatch.

Once your request is verified and approved:

We will arrange an exchange for the damaged product.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the same product is unavailable, our customer support team will assist you with an appropriate solution.

The following cases are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Requests made after 2 days of delivery.
Missing package opening video.
Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, washing, or storage.
Minor color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
Change of mind, dislike of the product, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
